OBJECTIVE

I am interested in developing my new business of delivering or assisting crew to get boats to New England, Bahamas and the Caribbean. The size and type of boat is not important to me as I have captained sportfish, private and charter yachts from 54’ to 130’. It is my goal to help owners and crew to learn more about their vessel including operating and proper maintenance so they can realize the full potential and enjoyment of boating. I will emphasize getting your vessel from point “A” to point “B” safely and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

Over the past 39 years, after serving in many capacities on ferry boats in Hyannis, MA, I was hired as corporate captain splitting duties with Stuart Hatteras, FL and Hatteras Yachts, New Bern, NC. I have extensive cruising knowledge in New England, Great Lakes, Bahamas, Exumas, Northern Caribbean, and Mexico. I also have lots of experience in towing, yard service periods, troubleshooting, record keeping, and use of many different electronic and radar systems.
